Management training in the regions
|
With the financial support of the British Council managed Hornby Education Trust AzETA organised management training for its Executive Board members, Branch managers and SIGs co-ordinators in January and March 2009.
As a follow up of this training, AzETA insturcted the trained staff to cascade the training among the AzETA active members in the regions. The aim was to have more trained members on management issues to maange AzETA more professionally.
The funding for the cascade training was from AzETA membership budget. The trainers also contributed to the training budget.
The training topics included:
Module 1: Management and its stages. Organisational structure and methods. Manager
Module 2: Organisation as an object of management. Strategic management and choosing a strategy
Module 3: Project management
Module 4: Business relations in management. Leadership
Module 5: Creative management. Crisis management
Module 6: Financial management
It was a two-day training. The training was held in Qebele for the Qebele, Ismayilli and Sheki Branch activists and Xacmaz for Xacmaz Branch activists on 13-14 June.
The trainers in Qebele were: Ragsana Mammadova, Sudaba Sadigova, Reyhan Aliyeva, Vafa Mustafayeva and Parvana Samedli.

The trainers in Xacmaz were: Vafa Abdullayeva, Sevil Aliverdiyeva, Sevda Baghirova, Elmira Ilizarova, Tamella Nematova and Gulshan Samadova.

The training was held in South Branch in Lenkaran on 20-21 June. The trainers were: Qamar Rustamova, Nushaba Bakhshiyeva, Vafa Qasimova, Vafa Huseynova, Lala Aliyeva, Dilara Bunyatova.

The training in Ganja Branch was held on 27-28 June. 10 Ganja Branch and 5 Mingechevir Branch members attended the training. The trainers were: Hijran Huseynova, Ragsana Mammadova, Gulnaz Hajiyeva, Ayna Sadiqova, Pervana Beylarova.

Training in all the Branches went very well. The participants were very pleased with the level of the training, as well as the materials provided during the training. The topics were adapted to the level of the participants focusing mainly on management aspect of AzETA which provided hands-on opportunity for participants. |
