Charity solo concert by Lala Mammadova
If you haven’t any charity in your heart, you have the worst kind of heart trouble. Bob Hope.

One of AzETA’s projects for learners is Qizildash English Project. AzETA implements series of projects for the orphans-beneficiaries of this Project. Read more about this project here:

Apart from all that have been achieved, AzETA now is involved in a charity campaign for raising funds for supporting three orphans – Elvin, Kamran and Oleg to further their education. Read about the campaign here:

In the last charity concert aimed at raising funds for the Enjoy English Summer Camp 3, famous Azerbaijani singer Lala Mammadova promised to give a solo concert to raise funding for education of these orphans. Following her promise Lala Mammadova had a solo concert on Saturday, 24 November at Baku Slavic University. The information support of the concert was by Trend News Agency.

The concert went very well and lasted 2 hours. AzETA arranged Qizildash children'd presence at the concert.

At the opening ceremony AzETA President Ragsana Mammadova gave a brief information on AzETA Qizildash English Project, aim of the concert and introduced Elvin and Oleg to the audience. AzETA's aim is to see these orphans well-educated, the request was immediately approved and Kamran was included in the campaign.

AzETA generated 970 AZN (Azerbaijan manat) through the concert. AzETA acknowledges Lala Mammadova for her selfless contribution, as well as her music group "Arzu". We also acknowledge Trend News Agency for the information support throughout the charity concert campaign, as well as for their support during the concert.

We are grateful to ANS and Space TV companies for shooting fragments from the concert to broadcast through their different programmes.

We also acknowledge all the participants of the concert for their contribution. The concert one more demonstrated the importance of uniting efforts.

AzETA also acknowledges Community Shiled Azerbaijan for joining this campaign and generating money towards the education of these 2 orphans. Thanks to the efforts ot CSA, inBaku magazine and CBNExtra newspaper published articles with the photos to advertise the campaign. So far, CSA contributed to the campaign 3,000 AZN.

Yet, our charity campaign to generate more funding towards educating these 2 orphans continues. Please contact AzETA office if you want to support.
