Training by Prof. Glenn Deckert, Senior English Language Fellow

Prof. Glenn Deckert, Senior English Language Fellow brought to Azerbaijan by the US Embassy, organised teacher training for 15 AzETA members in 2006-2007. After his training the trainers visited AzETA branches to train their peers there in 2007-2008.

INTERNATIONAL FORUM OF TEACHERS' ASSOCIATIONS
With the funding of the British Council managed Hornby Trust AzETA held the Forum of Teachers' Associations on 7 September 2006 in Sheki.

ENJOY ENGLISH SUMMER CAMP 2
With the financial support of AMEC, Rolls Royce, IREX and FLEX, AzETA held a second summer camp for the beneficiaries of its English Language Project that targets the orphans residing in the dormitory of Vocational Training Lyceum in Qizildash district, Gobustan region of Baku.

A FRIEND IN NEED IS A FRIEND INDEED
AzETA held a fundraising charity marathon in March-August 2006 with the aim of organising a summer camp for the orphans-beneficiaries of AzETA English Language Project.
